This first blues lick is very reminiscent of Buddy Guy and Stevie Ray Vaughan. It is a series of double-stops with the right-hand middle finger plucking the top root while the thumb or pick goes with the changing lower line. Add some inflections and articulations with hammer-ons and it gets sexy real fast.
